• The staff of the base is authorised and obligated to be informed about the skill level of any divers who is diving with us. This can be done by checking the divers certification, logbook or performing a check dive.
• The orders of the staff has to be followed all the time.
• The dive base is authorised to annul any contract with the costumer at any time in case of ignoring the instructions of our staff.
• Performing open water dives is bound to the presentation of a valid medical certificate of diving fitness and a valid scuba diving certificate respectively under supervision of a diving instructor during a diving course.
• The use of private diving equipment for all diving courses and / or dives must be authorised by our staff. The equipment must meet the necessary technical standards for save scuba diving.
  There will be no change of price by using private equipment.
• The base for all courses and instructions are the actual valid standards set by PADI.
• Rented gear has to be returned on schedule to our staff in faultless condition.
• In case of loss or careless damage the causer will be liable to the full extend.
• The participation in any diving activities, such as courses and tours, does take place at one's own risk.
  We recommend the closing of an accident insurance contract.
• The dive base is not liable in case of any harm to the costumers health and / or following disadvantages or in case of loss or damage of clothes, valuables and personal belongings, if not the result of culpably behaviour of members of our staff.
• In case of rescission of the contract by the costumer, dive-art will retain a specific amount based on the already adducted services, however at least an amount of 75.- €.
• Cancellation of a booking will be free of charge until 2 (two) month before date of arrival.
  - a payment of 10% of the trip costs are due until 4 weeks before date of arrival
  - a payment of 50% of the trip costs are due until 2 weeks before date of arrival
  - after that period of time 75 % of the trip costs are due
• In case of booking accommodation with dive-art, the terms and conditions of the hotels and pensions apply, as disclosed by time of booking.
• Dive-art does not give any guaranties for scheduled events, bookings and the scale of training. In case of time delay, which are not an the responsibility of Dive-art, especially in case of superior force, like diseases, bad weather or water conditions, Dive-art has the eligibility to withdraw from the contract at any time. There will be no refund of non-dive-costs, cost for accommodation and travel (car, flight, ferry etc. ).
• Purchased goods will stay the property of dive-art until full payment. All prices are inclusive GST. A regular guaranty by law will be granted.
• By Data Protection Act it is to notice for the customer that all personal data will be stored by reasons of administration. Data will not to be circulated to any other party.
• All above mentioned general terms and conditions will stay valid in case of special arrangements, which are not subject of the new arrangements. Special arrangements must be in written form in any case.
